Cuffing-season.com is here to spoil you. We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it!
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit of the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Cuffing Season hangtags, attached.
- Any products that are ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned. (custom orders)
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, cosmetic/beauty products including one-pieces.
Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.
RETURNS FROM USA

2. If you do not have access to a printer, you may also simply include your original paper invoice that came with your order. We need some way to identify the return as yours otherwise there can be major delays with processing your return.2. Complete the form and send it to us along with your return.
If using the original Cuffing Season packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse.
Cuffing Season is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3. For your convenience, we now offer easy, pay-and-print return label services. Please choose your preferred return postage option below and hold on to proof of postage:
- Click the button below to reach the returns portal and follow the on screen instructions.
- Print and affix the US Post Return label to your package.
- Drop it in your nearest USPS box or office. Easy!
If you prefer to organise an alternative shipping method (price will vary) please just send the parcel back to the address below. Customers are urged to purchase tracking of their return. If the parcel is lost on its way to us, our Customer Service team will have limited compensation options.
RETURNS FROM THE REST OF THE WORLD
We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving them in our Los Angeles, CA warehouse, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you’re concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed in a timely fashion, please contact email@example.com
All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
- Store credit can only be used at cuffing-season.com
- Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Please treat store credit like cash.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit is valid for 12 months after the date of issue.
- Store credit is provided in the currency in which you paid.
- Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
- You can view your store credit balance by logging into your Cuffing Season account.
The Cuffing Season team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.
